Address Unknown Music

When Address Unknown is shown on the TV noir-ish theme song plays (noir-ish music plays throughout the game but this is differents). How do you call that kind of music? I presume it's jazz, but i'd like to be more specific, because it doesn't sound like that happy go lucky jazz, it's dark and cool. So, what do you call it and what artisits can you suggest? Except Angelo Badalamenti. Thanks.
