Honestly, It's the most boring crap in the world. I can't go 3 minutes without rolling my eyes at corny dialogue. Albiet these are my views from just the television show but really. A half demon dog? Thats the most childish and unoriginal idea ever. There are no interesting characters and the plot is all the same. "Oh no, we need to find more jewel shards." and "Oh no Inuyasha must get to a higher level of power to defeat things." and "Oh no, we need to find MORE jewel shards." Give me a break.

Hey to each their own. Don't look down on lovers of seemingly 'boring' and 'childish' things. Sometimes it is nice to escape into a little simplicity that channels our secret passion of cheese.
