I hadn't thought of Bill and Ted. True, they're never actually seen lighting up, but come on, watch the movie and try to tell me they aren't stoners.

Smokey's probably my favorite stoner character tied only with either Bill & Ted or Cheech and Chong. Can't beat the classics! Hey, iffy check your PM!
