Crazy Chinese lady SPOILER

Who is the crazy chinese lady who screams at her in the house? She keeps coming back but I couldn't be sure if she was looking for the red box or what she was saying. When she comes at the end I thought maybe she would be a friend of the family or her mother but it turns out she was a nurse or was she an asylum patient too? What was she looking for if it was not the box?

Also, does anyone speak Chinese? What was she screaming the whole time, they never tell us??? Whatever it was it seems important. Does anyone know??

Just another patient. I think old woman was her room mate or just some fool who was messing with her stuff.

I think she was Dawn's roommate and I would really like to know what she was saying. Also Don speaks in a language that sounds like Chinese at one stage, and we never find out what he means. The way he enunciates it looks like it is important. I thought she would remember it and say it to the Chinese lady and it would have some kind of effect on her, but as far as I can see it isn't important to the plot.

Damn have to go and learn Mandarin.

I don't understand how you wouldn't know she was her roommate. Dawn says "take care of our room". It also explains why she was in Dawn's apartment - because her imaginary apt was mixed with her own room at the asylum. It also explains why the old woman always checks on her.

I think he was just repeating what the Chinese lady was saying to her. That's why she looks shocked - he's saying the same thing she's already heard before, so she's beginning to see the overlap.
