Line please


A favour from the Italian speakers: When Caterina goes to the new school in Rome, she blurts out a little phrase that her father admonishes her not use at the risk of revealing her rural upbringing. In the English DVD it's translated as "Holy cow!", but I can't quite catch the term she uses, and there are no Italian subtitles on the disc... Anyone?
