was the monkey the best actor in the movie?

*spoilers* I was soo bummed when it looked like the Monkey died. I was ecstatic that the Monkey lived. I'm a sucker for innocent animals. *end spoilers*

The Monkey was super cute. The movie was pretty enjoyable. decent special effects and budget. Aside from the first "Anaconda" and this I haven't seen any of the other ones.

You could tell that, in the moment, he really believed he was a monkey. Brilliant.

He is actually a man by the name of John Wayne with a rare form of elephantiasis which gives the sufferer a small hairy appearance. Shortly after beginning his acting career, he was eaten by a troop of chimpanzees.

The leader of the troop, after working with a primate communication biologist to learn sign language, later apologised and said that he truly believed John Wayne to be a monkey.

After apologising, the trainer hugged the chimpanzee, who killed and ate the trainer. The chimpanzee later apologised and said that he truly believed the trainer to be a monkey.

Experts believe that, though chimpanzees are able to learn rudiments of language, they lack true understanding. Or they are just liars.
