Ending Theme?

Does anyone know the band that plays the ending theme to this, well, the Anime Ai no Awa Awa Hour anyways? The song sort of reminds me of the music of The Pillows for FLCL.

All I have successfully been able to find so far is that the ending theme is:

"Kumo Kumo Gake ni Konmatakeyafu" by Minami-Toriyama 6-Chome Productions

However, that is the extent of the information I could find on the subject. I tried CD Japan and they don't carry anything by Minami Toriyama nor 6-Chome nor any songs with "Konmatakeyafu" in the title.

If anybody knows if this is a one-off or if there's a longer version or more songs by the "band(?)" or anything, please let me know. Thanks!

All I know is the last few seconds are sampled from The Beatles (look up "something" from abbey road)
