Well, i guess it was cancelled alreay....

which really upsets me. This was one of my favorite new shows this season. Maybe they are just putting it on hiatus for the sweeps, but it looks to me like this will be another short-lived sitcom that didn't deserve to be cancelled so soon.

What are your thoughts...

it was the only funny new sitcom of the year. sad this gets canned and crap like its all realitive is still on the air and making big numbers.

I was so mad when "Stan Hooper" wasn't sandwhiched between "The 70's Show" and "The OC." "Stan Hooper" was the best new comedy on, I enjoyed everybit of it. I said to myself, "Wow another 70's Show, aren't the viewers the lucky ones?" "The 70's Show" is good, don't get me wrong, but the comedy of Norm was what made my wednesday nights...If they cancel this show, and kept "Tru Caling" it is a crime...I hope the WB picks it up if they cancelled it...Please post if anyone finds out if the show in fact has been cancelled...I hope the put "Stan Hooper" and "The Norm Show" on DVD.

I didn't know "A Minute with Stan Hooper" had been cancelled??? It's listed in my TV guide for tonight on Fox at 8:30 (about half an hour from now for those of us here on the West Coast). What happens if I turn it on at 8:30 and my beloved funny guy Norm isn't anywhere to be seen? The horror. The horror. Shall I kill somebody, or just sit in the corner and sulk??

Well, i went to Norms homepage (www.fakenews.com), and the show has not been OFFICIALLY cancelled yet.

They didn't show Hooper last night, because this is sweeps month and the show was just not bringing in the numbers. Next week will also be replaced, followed by the next week with will have "A Simple Life" in Hooper's time slot.

After that, it seems they will be putting hooper back on, but i doubt it will last for long.

70's show is my favorite right now. i actually like Tru Calling & I haven't liked an hour long show since Millennium which was my all time favorite.

Stan is back. Friday 12/12 TWO new episodes. Then on the 22nd they are reruning the Stan Hooper Christmas episode. Apparently, Fox is gonna promote it heavily during American Idol and the network plans on airing all 15 originally ordered episodes and may order more. Stan did better in the ratings than most of Fox's premiers.

DranoDrinker, I hope yer right, because my Seattle Times TV guide lists a one-hour episode of "Boston Public" at 9PM-10PM on FOX network, Friday night, December 12th. Nothing at all that evening for a "Stan Hooper" episode, let alone two of them back to back. Not that the Seattle Times TV guide is the final word in TV programming of course.... but this must be some new programming change that just came up?? I hope yer right, cuz I want to see "Stan Hooper"!

I was planning to watch this when the other stuff I like was in reruns. Mainly, it was nothing like "The Norm show" and I couldn't get my interest sparked. That show was way cooler, darn it. Especially when Artie Lange showed up.

Oh, I hope it wasn't cancelled. I watched it on the 12th and loved it. Too bad I started watching so late.. :(
