Hi, Would like to know who the two actors were that showed up in the horse-racing episode of The Handler: the horse-killer, and the insurance guy who formerly worked with "Joe". They were fantastic! Thanks.
shareI don't know who the actor was who played the former FBI agent, but the actor who played "the horse-killer" is Steve Railsback. He's appeared in several movies (including The Stunt Man, Lifeforce, Alligator II and Ed Gein) and also had an excellent guest starring role on The X-Files, in Season Two, playing Duane Barry. You may want to look him up on IMDb for his full (rather lengthy) filmography.
