dvd's

okay, so i just bought the three seasons of danny phantom on dvd. why did they cut out so many episodes? one ep, danny doesn't know that jazz knows about him, and the next ep, he does. when does he find out? which episode is it? how many did they skip? are they going to release those episodes on dvd ever? if not, where can i see them?
