Canadian Idol is Better than American Idol

I am watching American Idol for the first time now. I watched Canadian Idol for the first time last season. Canadian Idol allows more freedom for the contestants, they can interact with the crowd and are allowed to sing more than pop songs. The judges are better too. They're not cookie cutter judges like Paula and Randy. The talent difference is negligible. Thats just a few differences that I noticed.

In favour of the American counterpart, Canadian Idol will never get the Beatles and Springsteen songbook.

I suppose I should've said I enjoy Canadian Idol more than American idol. That makes more sense

I got into AI since the first season and have been hooked ever since. I've tried watching CI, but I just wasn't able to get into it. I think Zach tries too much to be like Simon, and I like Ryan much more than Ben. I don't like how they use the same theme song either.

Maybe I'd feel differently if I'd started watching CI first.

canadian idol is not better than american idol. anyone who would claim that knows its not true. nobody beats the chemistry of paula and simon. nobody on american TV, and most definitely nobody on Canadian TV. im not even an american but i know amazing chemistry when I see it. and yes its the chemistry and not the singing that makes idol #1. if it was the singing.. then the idol clones would be hits too, but they all fail.

I prefer Australian Idol. I would put American Idol at a close second. With Canadian Idol coming in third.

My reasons behind this ranking is simple. Australian Idol has very unique people that make it on the show. American Idol has great power singers. Canadian Idol has Sass Jordan. lol

I enjoy all of these shows, but Australian Idol is my favorite.
