The reason that this show works is that there are really people like the Kelly's out there. While the "song prayer" is a bit much, the rest of it occurs on a daily basis in Kansas City, Topeka, Wichita, or any other midwestern town.
But the real reason to watch this show is Kiele Sanchez. She is one of the two hottest new actresses on television. Her and Maggie Lawson from "It's all relative" are two of the reason why I watch ABC now.
I completely agree. Show is very funny, I watched an episode with my Dad once (Where Tom and Bill stay home to escape to watch the Dancing Video and having Dried Smelts), and we both laughed a lot. This show is a good show for everyone.

shareYea ur alot like me ur like the Susan and im like the tom (no offensence if ur a boy and said u were like Susan) Well I am from New York so i can understand why Tom dosnt like Kansas. I mean he loves Susan but he just has trouble addapting to this new place. Like now i live in South Carolina and i hate it down here. It is so diffrent from New York but i manage. I cant wait to go back because i want to become an actress and this place has like no opprotunites.I watch ABC now for The George Lopez Show, MARRIED TO THE KELLYS, and Hope and Faith.
