Mods?

There is a handy level editor that comes with the game, has anyone ever used it? I looked all over the net (and by that I mean the first two pages of google's results), and there aren't any levels to download at all. Not really much over the game either, which is suprising considering how much publicity it got on techtv (RIP) shows.
