a really great cell shaded game is JSRF, but its kinda wierd.

Zelda, windwalker is one but Jet set radio future is total ownage, a little short but dont let that stop you from going for the 100% win, mucho worth the little it'd cost now. jet set radio (original) on dreamcast was the orig. cell shader i THINK, so dont nobody go being a smart ass and goin "OMFG LOL U SUXORZ TWASNT!!!" cos you're a gay. anyway this game's graphic scheme gets old pretty soon and is the only thing it has going for it once smashing everything over everyones head gets old.
Stop posting on forums and go out, meet someone, fall in love, get married, have kids, find out they're cheating on you, break up, move on, resent your kids, die unhappy. On second thoughts, carry on posting.
Hmmm... I don't know, but you might be able to find mods for current games that will make the graphic cell shaded. You can download a cell shaded version of the Blood Gulch map from Halo at http://halo.filefront.com, but you have to download Halo Custom Edition first.
