I can't believe they copped out of the ending with a "To Be Continued..." cliffhanger! It wasnt even well done, I felt like saying "hey! come back and finish the damn game!"
Of course it came out in 2003, its now 2007 and no sequel in sight.
It followed the comic book though, the first game was books 1-5 of a then 15 part series (i think they're up to 18 now....) and so that was the first of a planned trilogy.
Too bad no one seemed to buy it :(
Reminded me of the ending to The Long Good Friday - you think it's all over, and suddenly a twist occurs :)
