In no way does raping define someone's orientation. It's a power thing.

At the end he asks the guy "Was any of it real?" What else could he mean by this? Was our platonic roommate agreement real? share
"Was any of it real?" was in reference to the ransom money, since some of the money was counterfeit (the realization of which started the cemetery shootout).
