Are they professionally involved with this movie or are they actually dangerously obsessive over Tooth?

They are quire clearly professionally involved.

If you look they have only posted for Tooth and are probarly the same person. The guy has also used other aliases to fool us such as the original Johnny_Depp_Fan_1 who hasn't posted for Johnny Depp or anything other than once for Tooth. They also have posted their reviews of Tooth several times each the user commenta in a vain attempt to get people to see this flop. Looks like they have failed.

I love how the person behind this spamming also goes by 'Johnny Depp Fan 1', that's pretty high on the 'what are they thinking' scale.
