Hi, I'm writing about this film in my university dissertation (focusing on the countryside in Norwegian film), and I'm interested in people's views on 'Svidd Neger', both Norwegians and non-Norwegians. Below are a few questions, feel free to answer as many or as few as you like, or to completely ignore the questions and just tell me your view on the film (but please remember to say where you're from). Thanks!

To those of you who aren't Norwegian:
How does the film correspond to your view on Norwegians? What do you think about the type of countryside people we see in this film? Are they typical Norwegians, or could they have been of any nationality? Why did/didn't you like the film?

To those of you who are Norwegian:
What do you think about the portrayal of Norwegian culture, and the type of people we see in the film? Can you relate to this in any way? Did you find the film offensive? If so, how and why? Why did/didn't you like the film?

A late response, but this is rather directed toward anyone who considers watching this movie.

This is by far the worst Scandinavian movie I have ever seen (I'm Swedish). I know there are a lot of crappy movies coming out Scandinavia, and as I'm Swedish, I've seen many bad Swedish movies throughout the years. However, this is hands down the worst one this far. Jesus f'kin Christ, how is it possible that after more than a 1,000 votes, this movie is still above 6.0?

I mean come on. The acting is bad, but I guess you can't expect that much. But what is up with the crappy background music, and especially the extreme use of sound effects that you hear in every b movie from 80's and 90's? There is no plot at all, it just feels like someone decided to have fun and just film some random scenes and put everything together.

This is a *beep* *beep* movie and anyone who likes this has probably never seen any good "weird" comedies at all.

The only thing I enjoyed was seeing the girl nude, but it's definitely not worth paying for and not even worth spending time to go to Piratebay and click "Download torrent".

Helvete vilken sinnessjukt jävla kass film. Ni som gjorde denna film, vad FAN tänkte ni på egentligen? Herrejävlar.
