Who's this girl? (Not Jasmine Lennard)

There's a girl with perfect face at roughly minute 29 of the film. She's the blue eye girl Lily Walker touches.

I've been looking for her name everywhere and I can't find it. Most of the casting lists on this film aren't very extensive.
