No Christopher Walken?

That a big mistake I know this Prophecy movie will had Doug Bradley who is Pinhead,
Lance Henriksen from movie like Aliens, Jason Scott Lee who in a direct to video sequel
call Dracula II: Ascension sequel to Dracula 2000, Sean Pertwee who in movie like
Formula 51, Dog Soldiers, and a TV Mini-Series call Julius Caesar that Christopher
Walken was in, and Kari Wuhrer who was in Eight Legged Freaks come on Christopher
Walken made the Prophecy movies great do you think the same thing.

Mr. Walken made the Prophecy movies. He was a renagade angel out for his own personal gains as the like of Lucifer (The Devil, Satan, Belezebub, etc.). He portrayal of an angel that is angry at humans for being the most loved was awesome. The movie was great but Mr. Walken made that movie. But, alas, he did repent for his wrong doings in the third one. Which made him a good angel again. So, if he isn't going to be the bad guy, he shouldn't be in the movie. I really don't like being one who stereotypes actors, but have you ever seen Mr. Walken play a serious hero? I mean, after all this isn't the Terminator series, where you have a villian come back as a good guy over and over again.

If you like the Prophecy movies I think you should give this one a try. Just because it dosen't have Mr. Walken in it dosen't mean it will suck. It might be a good movie in and of itself despite the fact that he's not there.

I plan on giving this one a chance. Walken was barely in Prophecy 3 at all, and it still wasn't a bad movie.

Personally, I think Doug Bradley and Shawn Pertwee are both top-notch actors, and can easily carry the movie. Bradley pretty much MADE the Hellraiser series (and the only thing that's saved it beyond the second movie), and there's no doubt he'll be able to bring some excellent villainy to the role, providing he's playing a villain. Pertwee doesn't seem quite the kind of actor I'd have chosen for this kind of movie, but after seeing Dog Soldiers, I'm confident he'll put on a great performance.

So I don't know about you guys, Walken or no, I'll give this one a rental at least.

I agree totally with charlesslywalk. A Prophecy movie without Walken is one I do not want to see. Walken made those films. Anytime I see his name in a film I am going to rent it or go see it because he is a superb actor. Such as his great acting in the DeerHunter (where he received an Oscar for best supporting Actor) and Brainstorm, and Deadzone and multiple others I could name here but just check out his filmography and you will see how many great films he has been in. Prophecy 2004 not for me.
