US region DVD Complete Series

Amazon has had that set listed as pre-sale for over three years now...
any info on IF it will become available
I own all of the episodes on DVD and some on VHS but some of the editing is just villanous--
was wanting a new set to have original formatting vs crop/chop edits and to have close-captioning/sub-titles since some of the dialogue is too accented for my ear to follow...

any info or place to send an email asking for release in near future...appreciated...

I emailed Acorn Media about the complete series box set for Region 1. Their reply is that it is slotted for release on Sept. 7, 2010.

I emailed then about the time I made my post and got a reply that they had no clue when it was being released...

We do plan to release the Complete Collection. For now it is slotted to release on 9/7/10.

I emailed Amazon; they replied that they had no release date info, just that you could pre-order and they'll ship it when it's available. As of earlier today, there is still no date on Amazon.

I did reply to "Alexis" at Acorn Media, that if they could find it in their hearts to release it sooner than Sept., we certainly wouldn't mind.
