shareI have never wrote anything on a website but i felt compelled to do this after i saw this. I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. Beautiful, chilling,jarring,amazing, I could not stop watching. This is one the greatest films I have ever seen. No plot, no actors, no dialogue, just pure bliss. Is there anyway I can own this?

I feel the same way about this film. So artistic, and spirited, it gives a 'zing' feeling about NYC. When TCM played it in 2008 or 2009 I recorded on my VCR. Since then I transferred that to a DVD, but the visual quality, a copy of a copy is pretty bad. Maybe it's up on YouTube.
This film is pretty much in a category of one, all by itself. As far as I can determine. Francis Thompson never did anything else like it.
