potential glitch/bug, impossible to progress

hi, im playing as raziel currently and am at voradors mansion, ive just gotten both relic weapons (spears) and am trying to get back into the mansion. Ive attempted to get in through the original entrance, the broken glass window, in the spectral realm, but i cant seem to find a portal back to material, and there is a huge golden metal door in my path that i cant progress past. im wondering if this is a glitch or if im doing something incorrectly. any suggestions? thanks
