Bill will be in Austin To introduce Hair High

On Sunday November 5th, 2006, Oscar-nominated animator Bill Plympton will be making a live appearance at the Alamo Drafthouse Downtown (409 Colorado St, Austin, TX) to introduce his latest animated feature "Hair High." Preceding the feature Bill will screen his Oscar-nominated short "Guard Dog."

Hair High is a full length animated feature loosely based on Bill's experience as a high school student in the 50's, but with the added absurdist element of zombie skeletons crashing the senior prom.

Celebrity voice talent includes Martha Plimpton, Sarah Silverman, Keith Carradine, David Carradine, Dermont Mulroney and even fellow animators Matt Groening and Don Hertzfield.

All guest will recieve a free autographed Bill Plympton drawing along with oither surprises.

Bill will be appearing Sunday November 5th only at the 7:00 and 9:00 pm shows.

There will be one more additional screening without Bill on Monday November 6th at 7:00 PM
