i was at a special screening of hair high with bill plympton and he said that we should expect the dvd to be released within the next 4-6 months.

It's an indy movie. It was shown on festivals in 2004, and finally someone bought the distributions rights and released it in theatres.

Bill handeld the theatrical release himself. Theater to theater, one at a time.
Just like he hand drew it one sell at a time, and paid slowly three thousand dollars out of pocket.
It's a total hands on project.
"Don't Download" is also available on "Bill Plympton's Dog Days" DVD.
