Pay per view

This movie has cycled onto Cox cable's On-demand pay service, at $4.99. What is going on? When I first saw it about a year ago it was in the "Free Zone" and then went to Hulu. Great movie, still not sure about marketing it as a comedy, even a "black comedy." That trailer was a little wacky.
