At the sex meeting does one of the men say something like "im a tickler topper/toddler" and what does it mean? he gets aroused by tickling people?

Yes, there is a man named Yaqi the Tickler that used to appear on Howard Stern that feed into this "fantasy". The chick rubbing food on herself was a new one for me lmao

I always thought he said "Im a tickle top." which I took to mean he enjoyed being the one doing the tickling. Kind of creepy when it's superimposed with a scene showing how he got his concussion while tickling a little kid...
