You have to go to the little alley where the school bus crashed, then you have to jump on the bumpster thing and jump, YOU DO HAVE TO FIND THE RIGHT SPOT TO HOLD ON!!

No, faith is hidden in the basement!
You have to go in the lift and go down and then down again, it isn't very clear that the lift can go down to another floor but in the end it can be found.

I haven't managed to complete the Initiative level with Spike yet because I just can't avoid combat with the cyborgs. They punch me and I fail the level.
So far though, my favourite level is The Quarry, because I love playing as Faith. I don't like The Blood Factory because playing as Willow and Xander is boring. Although playing Xander in the High School level is good. I love the Anya fight at the end with the pentagons.

Yes my favourite level was the quarry too simply because I love playing as Faith. :) It would've been cool if you could play as her more.
The High-school level was fun too.
And, the mall, we got to see Tara as a Vampire!

I loved The Quarry as well, especially when you get to the old house. It's great. And playing as Faith is a bonus.
I also liked the High School and the Magic Box Revisited. Oooh and the First's Lair is also rather cool
