Can't seem to free willow (level: downtown)

I'm in the movie theater. Willow says see will trow me the keycard and I have to work my way out.
Via the restroom I go outside. You have to defeat two monsters and then what?
Does it have anything to do with the waterpump? Buffy always says: a waterpump, but there is no pumping, story of my life

i haven't played in forever, but I think you might have to climb down the manhole.

Climb down the manhole and find the key on the groud.
Come back up, and use the key to turn on the water pump.
Go back down the manhole, and through the door on the right.
It's simple after that.
