I really wanted Tara to be a playble character in one player mode does anyone agree?

Well, looking at what Willow (can't) do, then I'd say that Tara wouldn't be much better.

I haven't bought the game yet so i'm not sure. is Tara in the game? Does she talk to willow or anything?

She talks and is played by Amber Baston but you can't play her in one player mode only two.

Tara is in the game & voiced by Amber Benson. And yes, she does talk to Willow.

If you have played Tara in 2 player mode you will know that Tara has basically almost the same exact abilities as Willow!

I only wish there was an option to make Tara and Willow...

Tara is my favorite character of the series I like that we get to see a vamp tara.

I love Tara. It would have been awesome to play her in the regular game mode .
