well i haven't played this game in a long time cuz i beat it when it first came out but i remember some stuff so i hope this makes sense: ok first of all u need the needle that u can get from a nurse in a room that is behind a counter and there's also a wheelchair near that room. when u go in the room u have to fight the nurse til she dies and pick up the needle and then fight sark. i'm pretty sure that's correct. like i said it's been a while. i hope that helps. :)

In order to get his DNA, the best way to do it is to go out the door in stealth mode while the clip of Vaughn talking is still playing. Quickly run behind the lockers on the right and hide, then when he continues to walk run to the lockers further down on the left and hide in stealth mode, wait till he continues to walk again and follow closely behind and you should get it by then.
