From what I hear,it is not yet cancelled,but it's ranked #121 overall
in the ratings,so it's as good as done.
We might see the remaining episodes this summer.
nbc announced there new fall schedule a couple of days ago and the show was not included so it must be cancelled

It was one of those shows that seemed like they were just made to get a cast member of SNL off the show and into his own. Remember the short-lived Michael Richards Show, featuring Tim Meadows? Brilliant cast, but the show had little potential to go anywhere, and died.
