An Issue....

Is it just me, or is this show just tyring to grab potential viewers by adding the word "Matrix" in?

Seriously.

Summer has already had Matrix Reloaded, which racked in 280 Million at the Box office......now, at the start of fall, we get a show using the name "Matrix" in it....Also, let us not forget that in about a month and a half we will be hit again with Matrix Revolutions....

It just seems as if the show needs the word "Matrix" to sound cool....when it will just be a show that lasts a season...

Look at another cool sounding show that didn't last too long...

"Time Trax"...

Trax - Trek. Sound similiar, right? And not to mention, I think Time Trax debuted around the same time as Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.....

I just thought that I would throw that out.

At first I did think the same thing but after watching the show they fully explain the title and i think the coincidence of that would have actually hurt the chances of the show not help it. People would consider it corny.

i used to think the same thing, that it was trying to attract people with the matrix in the title.

However, the other day on ET(i think, or one of the many shows like it), they interviewed some people from Homeland Security, and they confirmed the Threat Matrix is an actual document or series of documents. So I guess the title is surprisingly accurate.

You're right.

The Wachowski brothers should sue since they invented the word "Matrix" as we all know.

reply

The Wachowski brothers did not invent the word Matrix

It was used way way long ago

Even the cartoon called 'Transformers' used the word Matrix as a superpowerful godlike item carried by Autobot leaders
