Although he is weird looking, like a latino Michael Jackson, I laughed more at his set than Ian Bagg. Ramos was just outdone by Ian's experience.

Ramos is too try hard. His jokes aren't that strong, but he'll put on the show to coax the laugh. Norm had him dead to rights.

I agree with you OP. Though neither of these guys blew me away I just overall preferred Francisco's set. I like parts of Ians set last week(the chipping in to buy an apple at Whole Foods joke in particular) but this week I didn't crack a smile once. He was disappointingly underwhelming.
