Is it possible to fly off building's roof in a gust of wind

Yeah, with the high winds they get in Vegas and being on top of a 12+ story building and the right angle and as petite as Monica was....it's possible.

I'm watching the whole thing finally now...and I came here to post just this. Quite odd. I was like HUH? WHAT?

I have a hard time believing that this would be possible. I've never heard of something like this happening - it's a pretty ridiculous death.

Yes but how it was set up was all wrong. When it gets that windy you can't hear anything.

As for the 3 miles.... while under construction the Stratosphere had several sheets of plywood 4x8 fly off the top. They never made it out of the parking lot.

It can easily happen. I was out in Vegas a few yrs back and same thing happened to me.. Sadly I died from the fall but hey it's Vegas ;-)

I thought she was wearing a wing suit but then she died.
