Hello where's Luis Guzman, why isn't he in this show. He was the man in Out of Sight for about a minute, saying the classic line "you are mean". In Karen Sisco make him say "you still mean". Who agrees with me.

sharewhy should he be in the series just because he was in the movie? i applaud the fact he's not in it. the film was great, the series is terrible. way too many US cop shows....

But how many shows can have an episode revolving around Lynard Skynard songs? This was something new.
I think Guzman maybe should've been in an episode, not as Chico, but as someone else. They had the DeVitoes (even though Danny was producing), Xander Berkeley, Jake Busey, Thomas Kretschmann, Mike Starr, Patrick Dempsey, Kevin Dillon, D.B. Sweeney and others to guest star. Granted, save for Danny De Vito, none were exactly A-listers, but then again, neither is Guzman.
