Anyone notice that Karen had some sort of a rash on her chest/lower neck. You can clearly see in a 1-2 episodes the red area on her chest. As others, her lower neck looks normal.

it fit into the storyline...the flashbacks from the pilot episode.

Karen was shot in first episode.
