Jack pisses me off in 'The Last Good Day'

I know, I know, I've started so many threads here. But we have to make the board more active somehow!

Anyway, I'm watching it right now. He tells Tru "This much I do know. She didn't ask you for help, so you have no business here" when no one EVER asks him for help usually and he's CONSTANTLY there! It's the same kind of annoyed I got when Jack was questioning Tru's powers. Someone (Davis? Don't remember 100%) said she was fate, and Jack said "if Tru represents fate, why does fate need me?" and that seems to be his whole argument! It's so ridiculous. Tru could just as easily say to Jack "if you represent fate, Jack, why does fate need me?" I guess the writing could have been improved overall.

I think he said that because Tru is such a do-gooder and always plays by the rules, while Jack is more of a rebel. Also, Jack showing up is not to save the victims but to make sure they stay dead so they would never ask him for help. However, this time, Tru shows up wanting to save the victim instead of trying to keep them dead.

I'm real when it's useful.
