Looking for name of a guest Hair Stylist

Does anyone know the name & surname of a guest hair stylist that was on Extreme Makeovers for one episode, his name was Frank of Francesco (black hair). I think he was on the first or second series, I want to know what salon he works in in La - any info greatly appreciated.
