I just read on AOL news that Stan Berenstain, one of the coauthors died at the age of 82 after giving us 43 years of countless memories. These books were some of the first I ever read, and now I kind of wish I knew where my old copies are so I could curl up and reread them for the heck of it. Thanks for the memories Mr. Berenstain, and my thoughts prayers and condolences go out to Mrs. Berenstain.

Yeah he died this past saturday. I used to read his books all the time! They were great.
