OCC had financial problems with the new shop before. Since, they are not on tv anymore (occ), I predict they will get into severe financial trouble, and sell the shop! After that, they will move back into the shop before they moved into OCC Headquarters. Then move back into the shop when the show started! You should consider also how big the OCC headquarters is. It must be extremely costly to keep that place running and paying employees! What goes up, must come down!

I agree, that building is huge. And it was built with tourist traffic in mind. With the show being off the air, the tourist traffic will wane. So I can see OCC having to move into a smaller place eventually.

In the episode where Sr and Jr meet in the conference room to have their in-camera discussion. Sr mentioned that the conference room isn't really used much anymore. It looked like a lot of the space in that building wasn't being used. I imagine there must be a lot of under used space in there. Especially considering the size of Sr's personal gym upstairs.
