An Island Dream of You song???

In the episode "Remmy" where Lilo is sad on the anniversary of her parents' death, Mrs. Hasagawa sings a song that goes
"when storm clouds grow and I feel blue,
Your song comes drifting on the tradewinds,
an island dream of you"

Is this a real song? If so what is it called and where can I find it? I really love it!
