Rachael is a lady who loves food! All food! She's never disguised the fact.
I'm sure she says "thank you" all over the place, I *have* heard her many of those times, but it does not mean we have to hear it *each* time.
The same folks that are complaining how much she seems to love each thing she eats (and it does all seem so tasty to me too) and moans her enthusiasm are the same people who would also gripe: "Do we have to hear her say *thank you* EVERY TIME SHE ORDERS SOMETHING? Can't they edit that out?"
