Buying this movie in HD?

I don't know if I'm the only person to have this issue, but it seems incredibly difficult to buy this movie in a HD format.

I live in Australia which compounds the issue, as most of the copies I can find are region locked to Region 1 (which isn't compatible here).

The options I can find are Blu Rays on ebay that cost around $50+ that I'm not even sure will play on my Blu Ray players due to region locking, or streaming on iTunes which I also don't currently use.

I just want to watch this movie with friends on a big screen, am I going to have to make do with my DVD copy?
