Did you really like this movie or just being brown-nosers?
Not many shot on standard video, supermicrobudget projects are worth anybody's time. The greatest accomplishment in Monsturd are the performances; even knowing how absurd the plot is, the cast, from the little girl to the serial killer, play it straight & clueless, so you can like everybody...no smartasses in the whole cast.
Anything involving West, Popko or Pirro, I'm gonna give them my time -- they're the future of filmmaking!
Oh, and ParanormaL Activity SUCKS!
I'd say it's a Close Encounter... Of The Turd Kind. It's also a movie about a murder, sewer-side. And the bad guy isn't a psycho-killer, he's a faeco-killer. Perhaps best described as a 'scatopathic serial killer'. Jack Schmidt is interred in turd. He is a Poo To A Kill. Perhaps they should rename this movie "Plop Fiction"?

shareI just loved "Monsturd". I got a real kick out of it and totally enjoyed it. Dare I say the best Indie B-horror/comedy film of all-time? Yes, yes I do! I can't wait to see "Retardead" and then "Babiacs"....but after that, I hope they do finally bring the poo monster back for a true sequel....I'm talk'n 'bout "Monsturd 2" of course!

I just watched this film and thought it was a toal freakin' riot. The poo-poo puns in the dialogue were pretty funny. Plus the catchy and witty ending credits theme song was simply priceless!

It's a true poo classic!
Best scene for me was the extended puking sequence which seemed to go on forever.
Also the bit where the guy is going mental whilst cleaning out the bog - absolutely hilarious lol
