Where can I find this?
Two masters, one medium? Where can I view such an entity?

Great documentary, and is nominated for a couple of Emmy awards.
You can find this on the new two disc set of Stagecoach - the second disc contains this doc and a couple other goodies.

I think you might be getting the American Masters documentary of Stagecoach on the Stagecoach DVD mixed up with the Mike Nichols and Elaine May one. I have checked several webpages for evidence of Nichols & May being on it and have not seen it as a listed feature on any of them. There appear to be two documentaries on the extras, one of which is American Masters profile: John Ford/John Wayne: The Filmmaker & the Legend, and the other is Stagecoach: A Story of Redemption. You might be confusing Nichols/May with Dudley Nichols who was the screenwriter for Stagecoach and who I'm sure is mentioned on the Stagecoach doc. but he bears no relation to Mike Nichols. Can anyone else confirm whether or not Nichols & May: Take Two is actually an extra on the Stagecoach DVD?
shareI just found it on Amazon = Lennon NYC
shareThe whole thing is available on YouTube in several parts.
Do a search for Beat Generation Documentary - The Source (1999).
