There is an old episode of TZ called Walking Distance that has a cool camera shot of the main character dropping his car off at a repair shop close to his hometown he has not been to in 20 some years. You see him walking to his hometown in a mirror reflection of a cigarette machine.The very next shot is a dissolve into a malt shop the main character is walking in. For the first few moments you dont realise that maltshop scene starts from a mirror behind the counter. It is a really cool trick that I remembered when I saw the long opening credit shot that goes through the mirror to Mort on thecouch. Anyone else notice the similarity?
