Yes, he died keeping the enemies at bay while Red fought on the roof. Pretty crappy way to go out.
shareHe's presumed dead, but it was left somewhat open-ended. I hope they bring him back if they make a sequel. He was my favorite character in the game.
share I thought there would be a cut scene showing Jack going up against five or six thugs, going out in a blaze of glory. It did make it more like a spaghetti western where not all the "good guys" make it. I agree with Traianus though, he was up there with Red and Buffalo as my favorite characters.
