Hi,
I would like to know in the film, what did the rabbi say is Solomon Spivak's Hebrew name? It was Shlomo something, I believe. Please let me know. Thanks.

Your Jewish name is not a Hebrew variation on your given name, as the movie seems to suggest in the scene with "Rabbi" Bogosian.
Your Jewish name is a Hebrew name given to you at birth. There is no way the rabbi can interpret "Sol" to mean that "Shlomo" is the character's Hebrew name.
Actually, that's not so outlandish.
"Sol" presumably is short for "Solomon" -- and Shlomo is the Hebrew version of Solomon. (The original Hebrew name for King Solomon in the Bible is Shlomo, for instance.)
