I can't for the life of me remember this dude's name, all that Japanese runs together in my head sometimes, but he was the whiny guy from Onimusha Warlords who kept on getting away. Then he jumped out the blimp in Onimusha 2, what happened to him? Him and Guildenstern are more hated than Nobunaga, by me at least, because Nobunaga only shows up at the end, I got to kill Guildenstern, but what about the whiny guy?

Are you talking about the short bald guy? He is called Tokichiro Kinoshita and later called Toyotomi Hideyoshi. He replaces Nobunaga as leader of the Genma in the 4th Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams.
